Top 6 qualify, with a first-round bye for the top 2. Seeding is win percentage, then points for — the same rule the standings use.
Clinched and Eliminated are certainties — proved by checking every remaining arrangement of results, not estimated. The percentages beside them are estimates from 20,000 simulated seasons.

Where Each Team Can Finish
What This Week Would Decide
Every line below is a fact about the remaining schedule, proved by working through the results — not a probability. Nothing here comes from the simulation.

How These Numbers Are Made
Every remaining game is simulated 20,000 times. Each team scores from a normal distribution built from three things: its own results this season, the league average (which dominates while a team has played only a few games, so one big September does not make anyone look unbeatable), and ESPN’s projection for its current starting lineup — which knows about injuries, byes and trades that past results cannot. The projection is blended in, never used raw, and its influence tapers as real results accumulate. Seeding uses the league’s own rule, and the bracket is then played out in full \u2014 six teams, byes for the top two, #3 v #6 and #4 v #5, then re-seeded semi-finals \u2014 so the title number reflects seeding and the bye, not merely qualifying.
No Season X games have been played, so a team’s scoring is modelled from the league average together with ESPN’s projection for its current lineup — which is why the odds differ between teams before kickoff. They will mean considerably more once real results start replacing the projection. The simulation is seeded from the current standings, so the same table always produces the same odds.
